Returns and Exchanges Policy – Targa

At Targa, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. This Returns and Exchanges Policy is designed to be clear and secure, and it complies with the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights of the European Union.

1. Return and Exchange Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

This right applies to all EU customers. After the return request is submitted, the customer has an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, scratches, or damage.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and the original invoice.

  • Products showing signs of improper use, poor packaging, or incorrect handling may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow the steps below to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us by email (see section 6) within 30 days of receiving your product.

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item.

  3. Our team will send you the return instructions, including the shipping address.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with your selected option: refund, store credit, or product exchange.

4. Refund and Exchange Options

After the product is returned and inspected, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Full refund to the original method of payment.

  • Store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Exchange for another product of equal or different value (with payment or refund of the price difference, if applicable).

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to withdrawal or change of mind within the legal 14-day period, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  • In cases of defective products, shipping errors, or damage during transit, Targa will cover all shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
